Kokoskake:
to små former 10 cm, eller ei 20 cm form, eller 10-12 cupcakes
1 dl melk
1 dl kokos
1 dl sukker
1 dl bløtt smør
3,5 dl hvetemel
2 ts bakepulver
1 egg

50 g kald naturell smøreost
100 g myk margarin (soft)
300 g melis
bittelitt turkis matfarge (bare vist du vil)

2 spiseskje kokos
2 oreganoblomster
eller andre spiselige blomster
(ringblomst, rose, fiol, salvie, mynte, gjeitrams, lavendel, syrin,
stemor, blomkarse, kløver, agurkurt, kornblomst, stokkrose,
tagetes, nellik, løvetann, jordbær og epleblomst.)

Bland sammen sukker og smør,
rør inn egget.
Ha i kokosen
og melken, bland til sist inn mel og bakepulver.
Rør så et er blitt en jevn deig.
Smør formene og fordel røra i.
Stekes i forvarmet ovn 200 g i ca 35 min,
prøv med en bakepinne om de er ferdige.
Lager du muffins av røra, bruker du litt mindre tid.
Avkjøl kakene.
Del de avkjølte kakene i to.
Lag ostekremtopping se fremgangsmåte her
Ha toppingen i en sprøytepose med tipp.
Sprøyt topping på de underste kakedelene.
Sett på de øverste kakedelene…
Sprøyt så resten av toppingen på kakene.
Sett på blomstene.
Strø en spiseskje kokos over hver kake.
Oppbevar kakene kaldt og under lokk til de skal spises.
Kokoskakene holder seg godt i flere dager.
De kan også fryses, men da må du fjerne blomsten.
