her er oppskriften:
7 dl. Vann
50 g gjær
50 g sukker
100 g hakkede valnøtter
2 ts kanel
2 ts salt
2 ss olje
1000 g speltmel
7 dl. Vann

1000 g speltmel
Løs opp gjæren i fingervarmt vann, tilsett olje, sukker.
Rør i melet, valnøttene, saltet og kanelen til en deigen.
Kna godt….
Dekkes med plast og kjøkkenhåndkle
og settes til heving i 2 t
Formes til boller og etterhever 1 time.
Bakes ved 200′ i 25 min.
Serveres lunkne med melisglasur og valnøtt på toppen…..
